"I first found Nicole a year ago, when I was a college junior. I was an athlete my whole life up until college. I noticed a difference in my habits. I just didn't feel like the athlete I used to be, and I definitely wasn't in as good of shape. I reached out to Nicole and she responded immediately and suggested I come try one of her group classes. I have never met an exercise instructor with the energy and passion that Nicole has. She truly cares about everyone that walks through the door and wants you to be the best version of you. These classes feel so much more personal than any other group class I have ever taken. She pays attention to each person and makes a point to structure the workout in a positive way for each person in the class. I have come leaps and bounds since starting her classes. They are affordable, fun and most importantly, I leave dripping sweat.

"Nicole is everything I would want in a trainer: passionate, educated, and most importantly REAL. Like she mentions on her website, she is the "tour guide" and its really up to you to get the results you want. However, you're going to want to give it your all when you're working out with her because she genuinely cares about your performance and goals. That's how I feel when I'm taking her HIIT classes. When I feel like I can't no more, she makes me realize that I can do more and at the end of the workout, I know I gave it my all and I leave feeling satisfied. I'm also so happy that I found her and her classes because living in San Diego for a while, I was at my best fitness wise and when I came back to Los Angeles, it was hard finding the same exact workouts that I love which are high intensity, combined with weights and endurance. I thought it was going to take forever to adjust. Thank god I stumbled upon the gym I go to now or else I would have never discovered Nicole and her classes. Not only are her classes intense and you get a full-body workout, but when we're finished, it becomes the opposite. We do Asana yoga to cool down and stretch which motivates me to go to her classes even more. It's everyone's chance to relax and focus on what really matters. It is the best way to end such a challenging workout. She starts reflecting on the most important things in life and that's where you see how humble she is. It  just makes me feel good all around and happy to have someone like her. If you start your week with her, you're going to have an amazing rest of the week. "When I met Nicole, I had already started my weight-loss journey, weighing over 230 lbs.  I had tried my fair share of diets and workouts, some worked and some didn't and my results continued to vary.  I hit a plateau.
